Samle.no uses Posten / Bring services to bring you your goods.
“A post” is used on most shipments, but if you need tracking then Norgespakke is the most affordable alternative at NOK 175,25 ( kr. 140). If the total size and/or weight exceeds the limitations of A-post, the package will be shipped with Norgespakke and tracking will be available. This is also true if somehow the A post alternative is more expensive.
The weight and volume of your package will be automatically calculated in the online store, and the least expensive option will be selected. The customer can choose another option, if you want tracking. Samle.no charges the customer ONLY for the actual postage. There are no hidden fees. If you wish, you can also pick up the item from our store in Tønsberg. See "Picking Up Goods" below.
All our goods are packed well in protective packaging. Small shipments are sent in bubble wrap envelope, with additional protection when needed. Larger deliveries are packed in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or equivalent protective means.
Picking Up Goods
All items in our online store can also be obtained from our store in Tønsberg. If you would like to pick up your merchandise, choose “Pick up in our store” in the shipping options when checking out. There are no fees involved when picking up your items. All items available in the online store will be ready for delivery once you have purchased the item and can be collected within our opening hours.
There is 2 weeks unconditional right of return on all items. New sealed goods must have unbroken seal for the right of return to apply. Shipping is not included when returning goods. Use our return form and fill out your information before returning the item.
New goods have 1 year warranty and 2 years of manufacturers warranty as stated in Norwegian law. Used goods have 3 months warranty. In case of warranty replacement, the customer covers the shipping of the returned goods, while samle.no covers shipping on the replacement item.
